Pay by Credit Card (one time payment)
To make a rent payment by credit card, please call 319-363-3900 with your credit card number, expiration date and card security code during regular business hours – 8am – 5pm Central time.
Mail Your Payment
Rent payments are due by the 1st of each month. Please make checks payable to “High Property Management” and mail it to:

Set up Auto Payment (recurring payments)
Ditch the stamps and never worry about forgetting to pay your rent again. To sign up for this convenient service, please follow the directions below:
- Print our Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement. Download Form (pdf).
- Void a check from the bank account you’d like to use.
- Mail or drop off the completed agreement and voided check to:
